New Executive Chef of the Lafayette Club, Kevin Giffin, will lead a virtual, interactive cooking class. Get ready to learn new skills right from your home kitchen while networking with other Renodis clients and IT peers participating along with you.

All supplies will be delivered right to your door prior to the event. Once the class is complete, you’ll enjoy a gourmet dinner for two!

HOW IT WORKS
All ingredients for the meal will be included in a kit shipped right to your door prior to the event. In your home kitchen, you will prepare the following dish under Chef Kevin’s guidance via a best-in-class cloud communications platform — 8×8.

Pecan Crusted Pan Seared Salmon
Rosemary Beet Farro “Risotto”
Honey Golden Beet Coulis (Puree)
Daikon Sprouts**
