Libby Gilmore has responsibility for sales, account management, and recruiting organizations of Analysts International's Staffing Group. She came to Analysts International in 1988 from the Social Security Administration where she served as an operations manager. During her career at Analysts International she held a number of management positions where she contributed to the company's performance improvement through the development and implementation of staffing models as well as the development of staffing performance metrics.
